This is a multifamily 4 story new construction project that we partnered with MHT Housing on.  The exterior of this building is a complex 4 part rain screen assembly with a 1" vertical hidden air cavity continuous. we created the entire design, layout, fabrication and installation in house including all importing of materials and full in house shop drawings.  the Finished product is OKO skin by Rieder North America. we had to import this product from Austria.
